I left a company that I was lucky enough to find that had these same beliefs.  The Broker's name is Larry Whited; his company is WebMLS.net.  Mr. Whited is located in the Cincinnati area and still operates his company with the reduced fees idea.  He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him.  He is about to offer franchises in and outside Ohio.  I'm very thankful for the time I worked for him and wish him the best.  I decided I didn't want to be part of a franchise - I wanted to be with a  company that is locally owned and operated.  I did over $1.9 million in sales volume in 2010 - the sellers I represented saved thousands as well.  Client's Choice Realty was launched on December 15, 2010.
